I’m a serial entrepreneur and investor whose business background includes working in multiple industries. That means I bring a depth of knowledge about what works to the table.
I don’t use a one size fits all approach, nor do I teach the latest trend in the “fastest way to 10x your business overnight.”
I love coffee, travel, adventure, the beach and dogs. I believe in eating chocolate for breakfast.
I believe the world can always use a little more sparkle and I’m known for sprinkling glitter on the stages that I’ve spoken on.

Investor, serial entrepreneur, coach and host of the Tribe of Leaders Podcast, Emi Kirschner’s mission is to empower women entrepreneurs in reaching beyond 7 figures by helping them build more profitable businesses that create the change they want to see in the world.
Masterfully combining her deeply intuitive abilities with her analytical sense plus her 12+ years of entrepreneurial experience, Emi guides her clients in becoming the best versions of themselves, growing connected teams and building authentic sales.
As the host of the Tribe of Leaders Podcast, Emi interviews successful entrepreneurs who share their stories of success and failure in growing their business and the leadership skills they attained along the way.
Every January through May Emi puts on her instructor hat for a group of brilliant 7th-12th graders and teaches them how to write a business plan and pitch to investors.
When she isn’t working you can find Emi sipping coffee and wearing flip flops where she lives in Philadelphia or seeking sunshine and visiting beaches up and down the east coast.
